The Benefits of Ginger Chai Tea


Hi Skinnies!

To be honest I have never been a fan of Chai Tea.  I personally think is tastes like drinking liquid cinnamon….A LOT of liquid cinnamon!  Don’t get me wrong, I actually like cinnamon but not to the degree I think it comes across in Chai Tea though.  The other issue is perhaps I have not had the right Chai Tea.  One time I was at an event and a lady was sampling some Chai Tea for her Tea Bar and that was my first time trying it.  It was actually VERY GOOD!  The only problem is I have NO idea as to what kind it was, how she prepared it, or what she added to it!  That my friends was the first and last time I had a Chai Tea that I liked.

Now, something I do like is GINGER!  I love making ginger tea as a matter of fact I made a cup of Lemon Ginger Tea last night and it was spicy and delish!  So, to combine Ginger with Chai is amazing!  Not only does it help with the taste for me (its not completely cinnamon) but the benefits are astounding!  Check it out!
