While the rose water is a good astringent it can also assist in being a carrier for the oil to penetrate the skin better. This also helps the oil to lock in the moisture for a good balance of hydration and oil. Olive oil closely matches our skins natural sebum so it also assists in nourishing the cells.
Cleanse the skin well, then mist the rose water on the skin and while the skin is still moist apply a small amount of olive oil and massage it into the skin until well absorbed. Give it a try!
